Christmas Post, 1st delivery

Video and more photos to come later, but here's some pics of Rosemary opening her stocking. At 5.35am. Honestly, I thought we would have a few years of peace before that started happening.



(The stocking was found in her crib at the end - this is just a shot I took to show it in all its glory before she got into it.)









It is, of course, a wind-up bath turtle.

Manners maketh the man - or the small person, anyway

Rosemary said 'Please' today. Very distinctly. She's said 'Yes peas' and 'Pee' and variations on the theme a fair bit, but this was very clear and not in response to anyone say 'Yes, please.' She was getting undressed ready for her bath and picked up the Sudocream (for those not in the know, this is a nappy rash cream), handed to me and said 'Please'. So, I put some Sudocream on her bum, despite the fact that it would be washed off again almost immediately. Well, she said 'Please'.

Recent firsts

First jump with both feet off the floor at the same time (while dancing), first taste of chocolate cake (on her mum's birthday), first slide down a chute without having someone holding hand.
